Hand made in Illinois.   The dimension of the base is 7 x3.5" and is cut from 1/4" A36 plate steel and is quite heavy.   As for the supports they are for work that is 8" in diameter and measure 8.25" side to side formed from 3/8" square steel rod and is canted to one side with 5PM at the bottom.  
Designed, cut, welded and finished in Grundy county IL.
