Hand made in Illinois.   The dimension of the base is  10  X 4 " and is cut from 1/4" A36 plate steel and is quite heavy.   As for the supports they are for work that is 15" in diameter and measure 18.25" side to side  or a little less, formed from 3/8" square steel rod with 6 O'clock at the bottom.  
Designed, cut, welded and finished in Grundy county IL.
